Dear Whistleblower,
In accordance with applicable Czech and EU legislation and in line with our high standards, we would like to inform you that you can report any illegal or unethical behaviour (even the anticipated) related to our company (or our staff) („breach“):
- you can report orally or in writing, both anonymously and non-anonymously (depending on the fact that you do or do not not provide us with any of your personal information) at the contacts listed below, or in person (upon your request);
- if you do not provide personal information, your report will be treated as anonymous;
- we will let you know within 30 days how your report has been processed (in complex cases, we can take a little more time);
- we will treat any of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policies (including: the protection of your personal data, your right to request information about which data we process about you, etc.);
- if you have a legitimate reason to report (i.e. you are not deliberately abusing our reporting system), you are entitled to protection from retaliation (this applies to everyone who has a working or similar relationship with us);
