Administrative Support for Non-EU Jurisdictions

COREDO registers companies in 38 jurisdictions — including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Switzerland — and clients in these jurisdictions frequently require ongoing administrative support after incorporation.

United Kingdom. Companies registered with Companies House need annual confirmation statements, accounting records filed with HMRC, and certified translations of corporate documents for cross-border transactions. COREDO provides accounting outsourcing and document preparation for UK-incorporated companies.

Singapore. ACRA-registered entities require annual returns, financial statements compliant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and certified documents for communication with MAS and other regulators. COREDO supports Singapore-registered companies with accounting and document translation services.

Switzerland. Swiss companies must maintain accounting records in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and submit financial statements to the relevant cantonal authorities. For FINMA-regulated entities, additional reporting requirements apply. COREDO provides accounting support and certified translation of regulatory documents.

Dubai and UAE. Free zone and mainland companies in the UAE require annual audited financial statements, VAT filings (since 2018), and certified translation of Arabic-language documents for international use. COREDO assists UAE-registered companies with accounting and document translation.

These services complement COREDO’s company formation offering, ensuring clients receive continuous support from incorporation through ongoing operations.

How We Work

COREDO follows a four-stage approach when delivering administrative services:

Assessment

We determine which services the client requires based on company structure, jurisdiction, and business activity. A new Czech s.r.o. may need all three: registered office, accounting, and document translation. A company relocating to the EU may need only a registered address and accounting.

01

Setup

For registered office: we prepare the sublease agreement at our Prague headquarters, register the address, and configure mail forwarding. For accounting: we onboard financial data, establish reporting workflows, and align with the applicable standards (IFRS or GAAP). For translation: we assign sworn translators based on the required language pairs and document types.

02

Ongoing delivery

Administrative services run continuously. The registered office includes mail handling and official correspondence. Accounting follows monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles for bookkeeping, VAT filings, financial statements, and regulatory submissions. Document translation is processed on demand within agreed timelines.

03

Review and optimisation

As business evolves with new jurisdictions, additional licences, or structural changes, we review and adjust services. A company that started with a basic registered address may upgrade to full office sublease for banking purposes. A growing business may require accounting in additional jurisdictions.

Why COREDO

Three administrative services under one roof.

Most companies need a registered office, accounting, and translation but work with separate providers. COREDO combines all three into a single engagement: one point of contact, one invoice, consistent quality.

EU compliance built in.

Every registered office meets the legal requirements of its jurisdiction, including Czech Republic display requirements (company name and IČ must be visible). Our Prague office sublease comes with a formal lease agreement and monthly invoices confirming physical presence. Every financial statement complies with IFRS or applicable EU GAAP. Every certified translation meets the requirements of the target jurisdiction.

Prague headquarters, global coverage.

COREDO operates across all 27 EU member states and key international jurisdictions — including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and the UAE — with headquarters in Prague. Clients benefit from Central European cost efficiency combined with international coverage for accounting and translations.

Personalised pricing.

Administrative services are not a one-size-fits-all solution. Registered office costs depend on address type (virtual or physical) and services. Accounting costs reflect document volume and reporting complexity. Translation is priced per document. Every package is configured through a personal consultation to match actual needs.

Case Studies

Case 01Licensed payment provider in Lithuania.

Challenge: A payment provider serving retail transactions through a partner network was undergoing licence renewal at the Bank of Lithuania. The regulator required a registered office and a local director in Vilnius.

Solution: COREDO secured a registered office in central Vilnius and appointed a legal representative for interaction with the supervisory authority.

Result: Licence renewed within 2 weeks without delays.

Case 02Investment fund in Estonia.

Challenge: A venture fund registered through the e-Residency programme needed a corporate secretary for annual filings with the Estonian register and preparation of financial reports. Hiring an in-house specialist was impractical due to the complexity of licensing regulations.

Solution: COREDO assumed secretarial functions, document management, and regulator communications.

Result: Over 3 years of cooperation — zero fines and zero missed filing deadlines.

Case 03Insurance broker from the Czech Republic.

Challenge: A Czech insurance broker was registering a branch in Barcelona and needed apostilled translations of all founding documents for Spanish regulatory authorities. Standard translation was insufficient — the authorities required strict formal certification standards.

Solution: COREDO prepared a complete package of apostilled documents (articles of association, certificate of registration, board resolutions) through its network of sworn translators.

Result: Documents accepted in full within 5 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can COREDO's registered address be used for opening a bank account?

The basic registered address (EUR 400/year) is suitable for the commercial register and official correspondence, but opening a bank account at most Czech banks requires proof of real presence. In this case, the recommended option is office sublease at COREDO’s Prague headquarters (EUR 300 + VAT/month), which includes a lease agreement and monthly invoices — documents that banks accept as evidence of physical presence.

What language pairs are available for certified translation?

COREDO works with a network of sworn translators covering all official EU languages. The most requested pairs include Czech–English, Czech–German, Czech–Russian, as well as English combined with Baltic, Scandinavian, and Southern European languages. For rare language pairs, turnaround time may increase by 3–5 business days.

What happens with mail delivered to the registered address?

COREDO processes all incoming correspondence: letters from tax authorities, courts, the commercial register, and other government institutions. Every letter is scanned and forwarded to the client electronically within one business day. Urgent notices (such as court summons or tax demands) are communicated immediately by phone or email.

Can accounting be transferred from another provider to COREDO?

Yes. COREDO accepts accounting transfers from other providers at any stage of the financial year. The transition process includes an audit of current documentation, balance reconciliation, and setup of reporting workflows. The standard transition period is 2–4 weeks depending on documentation volume and condition.

What is the difference between an apostille and a certified translation?

An apostille is a standardised certification under the Hague Convention that authenticates a document for international use. A certified translation makes the document’s content understandable in the target language. For cross-border business documents, both are often required: the apostille authenticates the original, and the certified translation makes it usable in another jurisdiction.

Is an apostille required for documents within the EU?

Not always. Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 exempted certain public documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, criminal record certificates) from the apostille requirement between member states. However, corporate documents — articles of association, financial statements, licences — generally still require apostille when submitted to authorities in another EU country. The European Commission’s 2023 proposal envisions removing this requirement for corporate documents as well, but it has not yet been adopted.
